The Datalogic Gryphon I GM4200 is a powerful 1D handheld scanner with wireless transmission via the proven Datalogic STAR Cordless System™. This proprietary wireless technology offers a particularly stable, interference-free connection - ideal for workplaces where WLAN or Bluetooth are limited or insecure. With a range of up to 50 meters in open spaces, the GM4200 is ideal for warehouse, production, workshop or point-of-sale applications. Thanks to its solid linear imaging technology, the scanner reliably reads all common 1D barcodes, even with low resolution, poor print quality or damage. Even barcodes on mobile devices can be captured quickly and accurately - for maximum flexibility in day-to-day work.

Maintenance-free design thanks to inductive charging

A technical highlight of the Gryphon I GM4200 is the contactless, inductive charging system, which does not require any mechanical contacts. This innovation not only increases the service life of the device, but also eliminates the need for regular maintenance work. The long-life lithium-ion battery enables up to 80,000 scans per charge and is fully charged in just four hours - perfect for trouble-free continuous operation. In addition, the robust housing is resistant to disinfectants and has been specially developed for environments where regular cleaning with aggressive agents is required - for example in healthcare, pharmacies or laboratories.

Ergonomics, efficiency and maximum control

The GM4200 is equipped with Datalogic's Motionix™ technology, which automatically recognizes when the scanner is picked up - and immediately activates scan mode. The visual feedback via the Green Spot directly on the code and the 3GL™ display guarantee reliable feedback even in noisy environments or poor lighting. For maximum compatibility, the scanner is equipped with a variety of interfaces, including USB, RS-232 and other options - ideal for integration into existing systems. The optional cradle models also offer scan-while-charging functionality for even greater operational efficiency.
