Powerful label printer for large rolls

The CAB EOS5 is the larger version of the EOS series and is aimed at users who want to use large label rolls up to 203 mm. This makes it particularly suitable for production, logistics and warehouse labeling, where larger labels are processed in large quantities. Like the EOS2, the EOS5 combines the advantages of an industrial printer with maximum ease of use. Thanks to a print speed of up to 150 mm/s and a resolution of 203 or 300 dpi, it produces precise print results - from simple shipping labels to complex barcodes and graphics.

User-friendliness and robust technology

The 4.3-inch touch display enables intuitive operation via icon control. Print parameters can be adjusted directly on the device and status messages are visible at a glance. The centered material guide ensures smooth running without manual readjustment, while the print head and print roller can be changed without tools. With a weight of 5 kg and dimensions of 264 x 247 x 412 mm, the EOS5 is compact enough for many workstations, but also offers space for particularly large rolls.

Mobile version for full flexibility

With the EOS5 mobile, the printer can also be operated independently of the power supply. With 24 V input voltage, the printer can be powered from any high-performance battery. An optional battery pack provides energy for up to 500 print jobs per charge (with label size 100 x 68 mm and 15 % density). This mobility makes the EOS5 mobile ideal for use in agriculture, goods receiving or in production areas where no power socket is available.

Flexible integration and software support

The EOS5 is equipped with extensive interfaces: USB, Ethernet, RS232 and optional WLAN. This means it can be flexibly integrated into IT systems and networks. Label layouts can be easily designed and managed using the cablabel S3 label software. Alternatively, stand-alone operation is also possible - data can be retrieved directly from a USB stick, SD card or from the internal memory.
