The CAB MACH 4S is a high-performance label printer that has been specially developed for industrial applications. Thanks to its centered material feed, high-quality print mechanics and a robust housing made of durable materials, it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. The heart of the printer is a large, color 4.3-inch touch display that enables intuitive operation with self-explanatory symbols. This allows print parameters, cut functions and label feeds to be controlled quickly and easily - even with an external control panel if access to the device itself is difficult. With a print resolution of up to 600 dpi, the MACH 4S delivers razor-sharp results for text, barcodes and graphics - even on the smallest labels from 5 x 5 mm. This makes it ideal for applications such as PCB marking, type plates or pallet labels.
Wide range of applications and connectivity
The MACH 4S is available in three different versions
- with tear-off edge (type B), dispensing function (type P) or integrated cutter (type C). This allows the printer to be flexibly adapted to the respective production process. The labels and transfer ribbons are conveniently inserted from the front - this saves time and makes handling much easier. Automatic centering ensures precise material feed without manual adjustments. Another highlight is the extensive range of interfaces: in addition to USB, Ethernet and RS232, WLAN connections in hotspot or infrastructure mode are also possible. The MACH 4S is also compatible with label software such as cablabel S3 and can be integrated into existing systems via direct JScript programming or SAP connection. Operation is possible both in the network and in stand-alone mode - via USB stick, SD card or direct feeding of variable data via scanner or scales.

With a maximum print speed of 300 mm/s, a label aperture of up to 120 mm wide and a wide range of material supports such as paper, cardboard, plastic or shrink sleeves, the MACH 4S is the ideal partner for all marking tasks in production, logistics and electronics manufacturing. Thanks to its compact design and small footprint, the printer can be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of working environments. Thanks to its robust design and sophisticated technical features, it not only impresses with its durability, but also with its low maintenance requirements.
