The cab SQUIX 2 is the ideal choice when it comes to reliable and precise printing of the smallest label formats in industrial applications. Whether in electronics production, medical technology or laboratory environments - the SQUIX 2 shows its strengths wherever labels from 4 mm in height are required. Despite its compact dimensions, the SQUIX 2 offers industrial performance at the highest level. With a print resolution of 300 or optionally 600 dpi, it is perfect for intricate labeling, fine barcodes or graphics. The maximum print speed is 250 mm/s (at 300 dpi), which ensures fast processing even for small batches.
Space-saving and powerful
Thanks to its compact design, the SQUIX 2 can be optimally integrated into workstations with limited space. The material guide is left-aligned, which means that even narrow labels can be processed precisely. Intuitive operation via the 4.3" color touch display enables quick configuration - ideal for frequent label changes in everyday production. The robust design with metal housing ensures durability and stability in continuous industrial use. For maximum flexibility, the SQUIX 2 can be configured as a basic device with a tear-off edge or as a dispenser with an internal rewinder. The latter allows labels to be dispensed automatically - manually or using a connected applicator.
Seamless integration into existing systems
By supporting common protocols such as OPC UA, WebDAV, SNMP and the integration of JScript and ZPL II, the printer can be seamlessly integrated into existing production systems and databases. The SQUIX 2 is particularly impressive in stand-alone operation: label formats, texts and graphics can be called up directly from the USB stick or internal memory - for PC-independent label printing at the touch of a button or via PLC-controlled processes.
