The cab SQUIX 4 is one of the most versatile and best-selling label printers in the industrial sector. Thanks to its robust design, combined with a high-quality printing mechanism and a stable metal housing made of cast aluminum, the SQUIX 4 is predestined for continuous use in harsh environments. Whether for nameplate marking, carton labeling or pallet labeling - the SQUIX 4 delivers sharp labels with high repeat accuracy. Depending on the model, the print resolution ranges from 300 dpi to 600 dpi, allowing even the smallest barcodes and graphics to be displayed precisely. Thanks to a print speed of up to 300 mm/s, even large label batches can be processed efficiently.

One device - many options

The SQUIX 4 is available in two versions: as a basic device with tear-off edge or as a dispenser with internal rewinder. The latter enables automatic label dispensing after printing and is ideal for use with applicators. In addition, the SQUIX 4 can be expanded with a wide range of accessories such as cutters, applicators, rewinders and WLAN modules. For particularly demanding marking tasks - e.g. in the textile industry or in the electronics sector - variants with centered material guidance, RFID function or separator are available. The system automatically recognizes different print heads and calibrates itself, making it easy to switch between different applications. Another highlight is the intuitive 4.3" touch display, which is equipped with self-explanatory symbols and status displays. An external control panel can be connected as an option, ideal for installation situations.

Future-proof integration and programmability

The SQUIX 4 is more than just a printer - it is an intelligent system that can be seamlessly integrated into modern production and logistics environments. Interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, RS232, digital I/Os as well as OPC UA and WebDAV enable fast connection to ERP systems, databases or production lines. Particularly noteworthy is the support of JScript and ZPL II, which allows individual programming and control. With the cablabel S3 software, label layouts can be designed graphically and controlled directly via the network - even in stand-alone operation without a PC.
