The cab SQUIX 6 is specially designed for applications where large labels in high quality are required - e.g. for pallet marking, shipping labels, GS1 or UCC labels. With a maximum print width of up to 168 mm (at 203 dpi) or 162.6 mm (at 300 dpi), it is ideally suited for demanding labeling tasks in the industry. It processes labels and continuous materials on rolls or fan-folded - whether paper, plastic or cardboard. With a print speed of up to 250 mm/s, the SQUIX 6 offers high performance even with large label quantities.

Industrial quality - flexible in use

The printer is available either as a basic version with tear-off edge or as a dispenser with internal rewinder. For use in harsh environments, the SQUIX 6 is equipped with a robust cast aluminum housing that guarantees maximum stability and durability. The left-aligned material guide and the sophisticated mechanics ensure precise printing results, even with wide labels and changing materials. A large panoramic window provides an overview of the printing process and material supply at all times. The device is controlled via the intuitive 4.3" touch color display, which guarantees simple operation thanks to clear icons and menu navigation - even for inexperienced users.

Expandable for every industrial challenge

The cab SQUIX 6 can be modularly adapted to individual requirements. A wide range of expansion options are available for even more flexibility:

• Cutting blades (CU600, CU800) for the automatic separation of materials
• RFID modules for encoding UHF RFID labels
• External unwinders and rewinders for large rolls of material
• Digital I/O interface for integration into PLC-controlled processes OPC UA, WebDAV, SNMP, ZPL II, JScript for smart system integration

In stand-alone operation, the printer can be used without a PC - formats, texts and barcodes are retrieved directly from the USB stick or memory card and started via a manual button module, for example.
