PowerScan PD9100 - The specialist for industrial 1D codes

The Datalogic PowerScan PD9100 is a top-of-the-line corded industrial scanner designed for the most demanding environments in logistics, manufacturing and shipping. Its new green scan line offers the optical precision of a laser with the increased security and robustness of a linear imager. Thanks to the innovative Green Scanline technology and a maximum resolution of 2.5 mils, the PD9100 reliably scans even the finest and poorly printed 1D barcodes - even from a great distance. Depending on the barcode, the large scanning range extends up to 2.3 m (code 39, 40 mil), which is particularly advantageous in warehouse and high-bay environments.

Developed for extreme conditions

The robust housing is protected against dust and water jets in accordance with IP65. The scanner can easily withstand 50 drops from a height of 2 m onto concrete and works at temperatures from -20 °C to +50 °C. The 3GL technology (three green LEDs including Green Spot) provides reliable feedback even in noisy or dark environments. With its universal interfaces (USB, RS-232, keyboard wedge), the PD9100 can be easily integrated into existing systems - without any additional converters.
