PowerScan 9600 - High-end industrial scanner for 1D/2D codes
The Datalogic PowerScan 9600 is a high-end area imager for professional industrial use. It combines state-of-the-art scanning performance with a robust design and maximum flexibility. Thanks to the inductive charging system, wear and tear due to charging contacts is a thing of the past - ideal for applications with high device stress. The series includes corded models (PD9600), Bluetooth models (PBT9600) and variants with Datalogic STAR Cordless System (PM9600), which work with up to 16 scanners per base station. Thanks to modular interfaces such as USB, RS-232, Ethernet or Industrial Ethernet, the scanner can be easily integrated into any infrastructure.
Ergonomics, performance & flexibility in one system
With its "center of gravity design", the scanner sits comfortably in the hand and relieves the user during continuous use. The extremely high scanning performance impresses with a resolution of up to 2.5 mil (HP model) and a range of up to 2.4 m for large barcodes. Thanks to Datalogic's 3GL feedback technology, optional OLED display and vibrating read confirmation, the scanner can be used reliably even under difficult visibility or noise conditions. With three selectable optics modules - Standard Range, High Performance and Document Capture - the PowerScan 9600 adapts perfectly to any application.

Whether for incoming goods, order picking, on a forklift or in final inspection - the PowerScan 9600 offers maximum robustness with minimum downtime. Its IP65/IP67 protection class, ESD protection up to 20 kV and drop protection up to 2.5 m make it the ideal solution for the harshest industrial environments. Optional extras include 4-way battery chargers, vehicle mounts and a wide range of accessories.
