Thanks to Bluetooth® 4.0 technology, the scanner connects seamlessly with mobile devices such as tablets, smartphones or laptops - regardless of the operating system (Android™, iOS, Windows®). The scanning performance of the RIDA DBT6400 is impressive across the board: all common 1D and 2D barcodes are read reliably - even if they are poorly printed, damaged or shown on displays with low brightness. A 4-point aiming device with a central aiming cross in combination with white LED light ensures maximum precision when aiming and reading codes.

Efficient operation & intuitive feedback

Thanks to the flexible read confirmation via vibration, acoustic signal (loudspeaker) or Datalogic's patented "Green Spot", users receive direct feedback on successful code capture at all times - ideal for noisy environments or noise-sensitive work. With a battery capacity of 700 mAh, the scanner enables up to 3,000 scans or up to 5 hours of continuous operation per charge. Charging is convenient via a base station or USB connection to the host device. In batch mode, up to 2,000 linear barcodes can be saved in the device memory, making offline use particularly efficient.

Developed for everyday retail use

The RIDA DBT6400 was specially developed for the requirements of the retail sector. It supports processes at stationary or mobile POS systems, during price checks, shelf maintenance or stocktaking. Thanks to its robust design with IP50 protection class, drop protection up to 1.5 m and ESD resistance up to 16 kV, it is ideally suited for everyday use. Setup is simple: the scanner can be individually configured using Datalogic Aladdin™ software or available OPOS/JavaPOS drivers. In addition, Remote Host Download enables simple management via central systems - for minimum administration effort with maximum performance.
