The Elo 1517L and 1717L touchscreen monitors-monitors are specially designed for demanding applications in retail, information systems and customer service environments. Thanks to their robust built-for-touch design, they are ideal for continuous operation in high-traffic areas. Both models have an elegant, modern design with a focus on functional aesthetics. The versions are available in black and white and can therefore be optimally adapted to different environments. The optional magnetic stripe reader (MSR) makes the touchmonitors even more versatile - e.g. in checkout areas, customer loyalty systems or self-service.

Maximum installation flexibility

Thanks to VESA compatibility (75 mm), optional wall or table mounting and a sophisticated stand design, the monitors can be installed flexibly. Full-length mounting holes with caps ensure additional stability on counters or other surfaces. Another plus: the touch technology can be selected as required - from AccuTouch® (resistive), IntelliTouch® (SAW) to TouchPro® PCAP for multi-touch applications. This means that each device can be optimally matched to the intended use.

Differences between 1517L and 1717L - which size fits?

While the 1517L impresses with a 15-inch diagonal and a 4:3 format, the 1717L offers a 5:4 format with 17 inches and therefore more visible area - ideal for applications with more content on the screen. Technically, both monitors offer a long service life with 50,000 hours MTBF, a wide range of supported resolutions and intuitive OSD operation. Power consumption remains low: the 1517L requires only 10.5 W in operation, while the larger 1717L requires 16 W. Both models are equipped with USB or serial interfaces, allowing them to be seamlessly integrated into existing IT environments.
