Particularly noteworthy is the integrated FlexRange imaging module, which impresses with two lenses. This allows barcodes to be scanned quickly and reliably from a distance of less than 10 cm up to 10.7 meters - ideal for large warehouses or hard-to-reach objects. This reduces walking distances and significantly increases efficiency. Thanks to its IP65 certification, the tablet also offers comprehensive protection against dust and water, while drop resistance from a height of up to 1.2 meters in accordance with the MIL-STD 810G standard enables use in harsh conditions. With a weight of only around 1.2 kg (with standard battery), the RT10A is also comfortable to carry for longer periods of use.

The RT10A is based on Honeywell's future-proof Mobility Edge™ platform and can be upgraded to at least Android™ R. Thanks to simple deployment, it is ready for immediate use. The operational intelligence software can also be used to identify and rectify device errors or inefficient usage - saving time and reducing total cost of ownership in the long term. The hot-swap function for the battery ensures continuous operational readiness: the battery can be replaced during operation without having to shut down the device. This is a decisive advantage, especially for shift work. In addition, the integrated "Smart Talk" communication solution enables a secure connection between office and field staff - via PTT, voice or video telephony. This keeps teams efficiently connected even over long distances.
