The Honeywell PC45 is a new generation of compact desktop printers designed specifically for modern, fast-paced working environments. Whether retail, manufacturing, healthcare or logistics, the PC45 offers the perfect combination of performance, connectivity and intelligent device management.
Based on the proven platforms of the E-Class and PC43 series, the PC45 impresses with its robust design, high print speeds (up to 8 ips at 203 dpi) and its intuitive user interface with 3.5" color touchscreen. The PC45d (direct thermal) and PC45t (thermal transfer) models cover a wide range of media and application requirements.
Thanks to optional sensors for low media and ribbon levels as well as RFID support, operational interruptions can be specifically avoided. The Smart Parse technology from Honeywell' s Smart Parse technology enables simple and flexible adaptation of labels, barcodes or fonts.
Smart network integration and central control
The wide range of connections is a real highlight: in addition to Ethernet and USB, WLAN (Wi-Fi 5), Bluetooth 5.1 and cloud functionalities are also available. All common network protocols are supported, including IPv4/IPv6, SNMP, HTTPS and more - ideal for IT environments with complex security requirements.
All printers can be centrally configured, managed and updated via the Honeywell Printer Edge™ platform - whether locally or via the cloud. The complementary Honeywell Operational Intelligence solution also provides real-time data on usage, performance and connectivity, which can be used to derive automated workflows for process optimization.
For developers, the PC45 offers comprehensive Smart Printing functionalities: C# can be used to program applications directly on the device, allowing label solutions to be efficiently integrated into existing processes - without the need for an external PC.

The Honeywell PC45 supports a wide range of media formats - from labels and tags to wristbands. Various sensors (gap, black mark, notch) ensure reliable media handling.
