The Honeywell PX65 RFID is the ideal solution for demanding industrial applications where precise, fast and automated labeling is required. With its integrated UHF RFID technology in accordance with the EPC Gen 2 standard, the PX65 offers a future-proof platform for applications in logistics, manufacturing and healthcare. Thanks to its frequency support of 865-928 MHz, the printer complies with international RFID regulations and thus guarantees flexibility for worldwide use.
With its robust metal construction and a print speed of up to 225 mm/s, the PX65 easily handles even high print volumes in continuous operation. The high resolution of either 203 or 300 dpi ensures razor-sharp print results.
Smart, scalable and future-proof
The PX65 RFID version not only shines with its hardware, but also with intelligent software functions. As a smart printer, the device can be connected and controlled directly with scanners, scales or applicators - without the need for an additional PC. Programs can be run in C# or with fingerprint directly on the printer. This reduces sources of error and simplifies processes considerably.
Simple integration into existing system landscapes is made possible by a wide range of printer languages (including ZSim/ZPL-II, IPL, DPL) and comprehensive connectivity options such as Ethernet, USB, RS-232 or optional WLAN. Devices can be centrally managed and configured via the web-based PrintSet 5 tool or cloud-based device management - ideal for companies with multiple sites.
Easy to maintain and media flexible
The PX65 RFID has been designed for maximum uptime. Thanks to the QuickMount™ system, the print head can be replaced quickly and without tools. A wide range of media and label formats are supported - from 76 to 170 mm wide - both with and without liner.
The intelligent sensor system for labels, ribbons and head lift offers additional security during operation. In combination with original Honeywell media, consistently high print quality is guaranteed.
