The Honeywell PX65 is a professional 6-inch industrial printer for demanding labeling applications in high-volume use. Whether pallet labeling, hazardous goods labels, chemical labeling according to GHS or packaging labeling - with a maximum print width of 167.4 mm, the PX65 also processes large-format labels in the highest quality and speed.
Available in resolutions of 203 dpi or 300 dpi, the PX65 offers razor-sharp direct thermal or thermal transfer printing at speeds of up to 305 mm/s. Its robust all-metal housing and durable print mechanism are designed for 24/7 continuous operation in the harshest industrial conditions - e.g. in automotive manufacturing, warehouse logistics, production or hazardous goods handling.
The intuitive control panel, simple media feed via the generously dimensioned flap and modular accessories such as label dispenser or cutter facilitate maintenance and integration into existing processes.
Intelligent print architecture with full system & IoT connectivity
The PX65 is more than just a printer - thanks to smart printing technology with integrated support for fingerprint & C#, it can operate as a stand-alone unit. It controls applicators, scanners or sensors, processes data directly and executes programs independently of a host PC. This enables fully automated labeling solutions - scalable, secure and future-proof.
Firmware, device statuses, usage behavior and error analyses can be managed centrally via Honeywell Operational Intelligence. Setup is carried out via web interface, PrintSet 5 or app - convenient even for large device fleets.
The PX65 offers USB, USB host, Ethernet and RS-232 as standard. Industrial I/O, applicator interface, Bluetooth, WLAN (802.11ac) and additional serial connections are available as options. Compatibility with IPv6, HTTPS, SNMPv3 or Telnet/SSH makes the PX65 particularly network and security-capable.
With support for ZSim2 (ZPL II emulation), XML, PDF Direct, SAP & Oracle integration and 512 MB Flash / 256 MB SDRAM, the PX65 is ideal for demanding enterprise environments. An RFID module (UHF) is optionally available.
