The Honeywell Voyager XP 1470g is the robust further development of the proven Voyager series - designed for retail environments with high scanning volumes and demanding codes. Whether classic 1D barcodes, 2D codes or digital vouchers from smartphones - the 1470g reliably reads even damaged or low-contrast labels. With a high movement tolerance of up to 70 cm/s and a scanning range of up to 40 cm for standard codes, the scanner ensures smooth processes at the checkout - without any bending or delays.

Robust design for continuous use

The housing of the 1470g is designed for durability: It can withstand 30 drops from a height of 1.8 m onto concrete and up to 1,000 drops from 0.5 m (tumble test). This means that the scanner is ideally equipped for the rough and tumble of everyday use in stationary retail. Protection class IP40, antistatic ESD tolerance up to ±15 kV and reliable operation in ambient light up to 100,000 lux mean that it can be used even under difficult conditions.

Flexible integration and future-proof

The Voyager 1470g supports all common interfaces such as USB, RS-232, keyboard wedge and IBM RS485 - allowing it to be seamlessly integrated into existing checkout systems.
