The Zebra LI3608 is the corded version of the 3600 series and is specially designed for continuous use in the toughest industrial environments. Whether in dusty warehouses, damp production lines or deep-freeze areas - this linear imager is virtually indestructible. With IP65 and IP67 certification, it is protected against dust, high-pressure water jets and even temporary submersion. It can also withstand drops from a height of up to 2.4 m onto concrete and 5,000 rollovers from a height of 1 m. Thanks to the extended operating temperature range of -30 °C to +50 °C, the scanner can also be used in deep-freeze zones without any problems (with optional heating accessory). Ideal for industry, logistics and production.

Outstanding 1D scanning performance

The Zebra LI3608 scans 1D barcodes faster than any other linear imager in its class - even with damaged, dirty, poorly printed or shrink-wrapped codes. It achieves up to 30 % more range compared to conventional devices: For example, it reads a UPC code (13 mil) from up to 78.7 cm away, a Code 39 (20 mil) even from over a meter. The scan rate is only limited by the speed of the user - one trigger is enough, no intermediate stop necessary. In addition, the LI3608 offers the clearest target pattern in its class for precise detection on pick lists or narrow barcodes.

Intuitive operation & easy management

The scanner offers three flexible feedback modes: audible beep, color LED indicator and vibration feedback - perfect for noisy or visually demanding work environments. The LI3608 can be centrally configured, managed and updated via Zebra 123Scan2 and the Scanner Management Service (SMS). It supports USB, RS232 and keyboard wedge interfaces. A typical operating current of just 170 mA and automatic interface detection make integration even easier.
