The Zebra RS5100 sets new standards for wearable scanners for professional use. With a weight of only 57 g and a size of around 33 cm³, it is not only extremely light and compact, but also offers maximum comfort for all-day use. The RS5100 is particularly suitable for applications in warehouses, distribution centers or retail, as it enables hands-free working and significantly increases employee productivity. Thanks to the five flexible wearing options - from the classic finger holder to back of hand and hand holders through to use on a belt or around the neck - the device adapts perfectly to the respective task and user. Thanks to the Bluetooth connection, no cables are required, ensuring maximum freedom of movement.
Highest scanning performance for every requirement
The RS5100 is available with two advanced scan modules: the SE4710 for high-performance scanning and the SE4770 with extended field of view and red laser aiming point for scan-intensive tasks. Both modules enable lightning-fast capture of 1D and 2D barcodes, even with poor print quality or damage. The integrated PRZM technology ensures particularly reliable and precise detection. A wide field of view makes it easier to scan large barcodes without having to constantly change the distance between hand and label. Visual LED feedback and vibration signals provide clear feedback - even in noisy environments.
Robust design for harsh working environments
With its IP65 protection class and drop resistance from a height of up to 1.8 m, the RS5100 is prepared for tough conditions. The durable trigger, designed for millions of actuations, and the robust finger holder with metal buckle and nylon strap guarantee a long life cycle - significantly longer than many competitor products. The modular design makes it easy to replace the battery and trigger module on site - significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs. Thanks to PowerPrecision+ technology, two powerful rechargeable batteries are available to get the scanner through long shifts or use in cold environments without any problems.
