With the RS6100, Zebra is launching a wearable scanner onto the market that impresses with its compact design and maximum performance. Compared to the RS6000, the RS6100 is over 50 % smaller and lighter - with even better scanning performance. The integrated SE55 scan module with IntelliFocus™ technology captures barcodes from just 5 cm away up to a distance of 12.2 m - even with poor print quality or when the codes are hidden behind film. Thanks to five modular wearing options - from finger trigger to back of hand to neckband holder - the RS6100 can be individually adapted to the needs of each employee. This not only increases comfort, but also efficiency in scan-intensive work environments such as warehouse logistics, manufacturing or retail. Pairing is particularly convenient via NFC: simply tap - and the RS6100 is ready for use without having to go through Bluetooth settings.

Robustness that inspires - even in deep-freeze environments

The RS6100 is made for the toughest environments. With IP65 sealing as well as drop and rollover specifications, it can withstand cold temperatures down to -30 °C as well as hot temperatures up to +50 °C. The scanner continues to function reliably even when exposed to high humidity or drops from up to 1.8 m. The modular design with exchangeable batteries (standard or high performance) enables uninterrupted use. This means that the scanner always remains in service by simply changing the batteries. Particularly practical: the PowerPrecision Console allows low-power batteries to be identified and replaced at an early stage. In addition, the RS6100 minimizes not only downtime but also overall costs thanks to the long service life of the triggers and the ability to replace individual components yourself. And thanks to the high-capacity ShareCradles, up to 100 scanners or 200 batteries can be charged centrally - ideal for large teams and warehouse operations.

Whether wireless via Bluetooth 5.2 or wired via adapters for Zebra handhelds, the RS6100 can be flexibly integrated into existing systems. Numerous 1D and 2D codes as well as OCR fonts are supported. In addition, programmable LEDs on the back increase precision when working and help to speed up processes - e.g. through visual feedback after a successful scan.
