Built for extreme conditions
Certified to MIL-STD 810G, the ZQ511 can withstand drops from up to 2 meters and 1300 drops from a height of 1 meter. Its housing is protected against dust and splash water to IP54 - and even up to IP65 with the optional exoskeleton. This means it can cope with any environment: from winter field work to dusty warehouses or rainy construction sites. The new housing design also ensures a longer service life and a permanently neat appearance - even with daily use.

The ZQ511 is equipped with a PowerPrecision+ high-performance battery (3250 mAh) and is particularly energy-efficient thanks to Power Smart Print Technology™. The intelligent print control saves power and extends the runtime over complete shifts. With a dual wireless module for Wi-Fi (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 4.1 (Classic & BLE), the printer is quickly connected and ready for use at any time - even with iOS devices via NFC. A second Bluetooth channel enables simultaneous management and data transfer. The printer automatically switches to sleep mode and activates itself when required.
Easy to operate & centrally manageable
Large buttons, a clear display and an intuitive clamshell design enable quick reloading and easy operation - even when wearing gloves. Thanks to the Zebra Print DNA software suite, the printer can be managed remotely, updated and perfectly integrated into your IT landscape.
