The Zebra ZQ521 was developed for the toughest mobile use. It is not only extremely resistant to drops, dust and moisture, but also impresses with its versatility when printing receipts, labels and even UHF RFID tags. Whether in the field, in logistics or on the factory floor - this mobile direct thermal printer always delivers reliable results where other devices have long since given up. With a print width of up to 104 mm (4 inches), the ZQ521 is ideal for printing large labels and extensive receipts. Thanks to the optional RFID function, it also supports the encoding and printing of mobile RFID labels - efficiently and error-free.
Withstands more than you expect
The ZQ521 is MIL-STD 810G certified and can withstand 1300 drops and falls from a height of 2 meters. Thanks to IP54 protection, it is already protected against splash water and dust without accessories - with the optional exoskeleton, it is even IP65-certified. The new, hard-wearing outer housing ensures that the printer looks like new for a long time, even under heavy use. The ZQ521 works reliably even in extreme temperatures from -20 °C to +55 °C. The abrasion-resistant tear-off edge, large buttons and intuitive operation make it easy to use even when wearing gloves.
