The Zebra ZT610 RFID is the perfect symbiosis of high-resolution label printing and precise RFID technology. Developed for modern production, logistics and track-and-trace processes, this high-performance device combines the full printing functionality of the ZT610 with an integrated RFID encoding solution - all in the smallest of spaces. This enables companies of all sizes to control their material flow intelligently and transparently.
The RFID function of the ZT610 supports UHF tags in accordance with EPC Gen2 V2 and ISO/IEC 18000-63. Thanks to adaptive coding technology, the device automatically selects the optimum coding parameters - even for complex applications. This saves time, reduces label errors and ensures maximum process reliability.
Maximum efficiency for any label size
The ZT610 RFID boasts a print resolution of up to 600 dpi and processes even the smallest labels from 3 mm in length with maximum precision - ideal for tracking electronic components, for example. At the same time, the device impresses with an enormous print speed of up to 356 mm/s and supports thermal transfer and direct thermal printing.
The robust design with a full metal housing makes the printer resistant to dust, dirt and heavy loads. The integrated thermal management system dispenses with ventilation slots and thus prevents the ingress of particles - ideal for use in harsh industrial environments.
RFID printing with a future - flexible, networked, low-maintenance
Thanks to its modular design, the ZT610 RFID can be adapted to individual requirements. Two open slots make it easy to install additional interfaces such as 802.11ac, IPv6 or applicator ports. The RFID encoder is suitable for both 4- and 6-inch labels and can be installed on site or retrofitted.
With Zebra Link-OS®, the printer offers full network capability, remote management and easy integration into common MDM systems such as SOTI or AirWatch. Central administration via the Printer Profile Manager Enterprise allows you to keep track of all devices and their status at all times.
The operation is also impressive: color-coded media paths, illuminated components, an optional 4.3-inch touch display and QR codes for error diagnostics make the ZT610 RFID particularly user-friendly - and reduce maintenance costs and downtimes to a minimum.
