The Zebra ZT610 is the powerhouse among industrial printers. Developed for demanding production environments, it combines extreme robustness with maximum printing precision. The robust all-metal housing and innovative thermal management make it virtually impervious to dust, dirt and temperature fluctuations - ideal for 24/7 operation in harsh industrial environments.
With a print resolution of up to 600 dpi, the ZT610 processes even the smallest labels with absolute precision. This is particularly important for applications such as marking printed circuit boards, microchips or highly complex assemblies. Despite this precision, the printer achieves a speed of up to 356 mm per second - a top value for its class.
User-friendly, low-maintenance and intelligently networked
Operating the ZT610 is particularly intuitive: an optional 4.3-inch full-color touch display clearly shows all print parameters and changes color in the event of faults for quick error detection. Color-coded components and an illuminated media guide make it easier to load consumables and significantly reduce the amount of training required.
The ZT610 is also maintenance-friendly: tool-free print head replacement and guided diagnostic tools with QR code support enable minor problems to be resolved quickly - without the need for a technician. In addition, media sensors are integrated at the top and bottom for easy adjustment.

Thanks to Zebra Link-OS® and support for tools such as Printer Profile Manager Enterprise, SOTI and AirWatch, the ZT610 can be perfectly integrated into existing IT infrastructures. Whether local or cloud-based - device management is centralized and efficient.
The ZT610 also scores points with two open slots for optional interfaces such as 802.11ac, parallel connections or IPv6 support.
