The Zebra ZT620 RFID is the high-end solution for high-volume RFID labeling in demanding industrial environments. With a maximum print width of 168 mm and integrated UHF RFID coding, it offers maximum flexibility when processing a wide range of label formats - ideal for pallet labeling, incoming goods, cross-docking or traceability in production. The adaptive RFID technology automatically detects optimum coding parameters for a wide range of tags and media. This ensures error-free coding and reduces rejects and manual rework. The RFID encoder is fully integrated into the robust device and can also be retrofitted if required.
Reliability in 24/7 use
The ZT620 RFID is designed for continuous use in harsh environments. Its full metal housing with seamlessly integrated thermal management protects against dust, dirt and temperature fluctuations. Fans and openings are deliberately avoided in order to maximize service life and increase operational reliability. The print performance is impressive at up to 305 mm per second at 203 dpi. Even with the optional 300 dpi resolution, the printer remains fast and precise - even with large-format labels or high print volumes.
User-friendly & intelligently networked
The optional 4.3-inch full-color touch display and the color-coded, illuminated components enable intuitive operation. QR codes lead to specific help pages and enable quick problem solving - without the need for a technician. Media and ribbons can be loaded without tools and from the side, which significantly reduces set-up times. With the Zebra Link-OS® platform, the ZT620 RFID can be optimally integrated into modern IT and IoT structures. Remote management via the Printer Profile Manager Enterprise, compatibility with SOTI or AirWatch and Cloud Connect make centralized control child's play. Two open interface slots offer maximum flexibility for additional communication and media options - from WLAN and applicator controls to parallel interfaces.
